VP of Product, Handshake AI

📋 Description

• Set product strategy for Handshake AI across data modalities, operator and fellow platforms, and
• Translate 'become the career network and data engine for the AI economy' into a concrete roadmap
• Build, lead, and grow a product organization of PMs across modalities and platform pods
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, and GTM
• Make executive-level prioritization calls on modality and platform investments
• Define metrics and accountability for the product org

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in product management, including 4+ years as a senior product leader managing other PMs
• Experience owning product for a high-growth business or major business line
• Strong operational intuition with experience building or overseeing platforms for internal users
• Track record hiring and developing product talent
• Systems thinker able to manage a multi-modality, multi-stakeholder roadmap
• Comfortable operating in high ambiguity
