VP of Talent

📋 Description

• Build the internal recruiting team, systems, and operating cadence to execute Dispatch's hiring
• Source, hire, and manage a small team of exceptional recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers to define what exceptional looks like for each role, sharpen search
• Personally source, engage, assess, reference, and close senior and hard-to-fill candidates.
• Build a systematic referral culture across employees, investors, customers, advisors, and community.
• Develop long-term talent relationships with the best people in the market.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in recruiting, including senior leadership as VP of Talent, Head of Talent, or equivalent
• 5+ years personally sourcing, assessing, and closing executive and hard-to-find talent.
• 4+ years building and managing teams of recruiters.
• Experience at an early-stage startup (ideally Series B or earlier, or fewer than 100 people at time
• Track record building or materially scaling an internal recruiting function during significant
• Background in executive search, agency recruiting, or external search environment with proactive
