📋 Description

  • Own and drive Nanit's global people strategy and org design
  • Design and scale global people programs for engagement and retention
  • Build the full lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, offboarding
  • Lead workforce planning across geographies to scale the org
  • Build and own compensation and benefits framework, including equity plans
  • Serve as senior HRBP to leaders and coach managers on people decisions

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years HR leadership; 3+ yrs in senior HR at high-growth tech
  • Experience leading global teams across multiple countries/time zones
  • Deep expertise in organizational design and workforce planning
  • Strong expertise in compensation and benefits design; benchmarking; equity a plus
  • HRIS/PEO/payroll and benefits platforms; knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building; influence with leaders
