📋 Description

• Develop and execute EMARKETER's people strategy with CEO and executive team.
• Lead all People & Culture functions including talent, rewards, and operations.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing culture that attracts and retains talent.
• Guide return-to-office strategy and manage organizational change.
• Advise senior leaders on org design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance, and development programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People experience, including leadership.
• Proven success developing people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
• Strong business judgment, balancing employee experience with financial realities.
• Experience advising senior executives and partnering with leaders.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
