📋 Description

• Lead the overall Product Management organization and establish strategic direction across a
• Manage and develop a team of Group Product Managers, enabling them to operate as general managers
• Establish product priorities around revenue growth, retention, customer acquisition, unit
• Own the mechanisms and strategies required to increase attach rates across the core product
• Drive expansion of newer product lines and increase their contribution to overall revenue.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple product lines simultaneously as distinct businesses, with
• Experience operating across a portfolio during a period of rapid growth and organizational change
• Proven experience leading a product organization of 20+ people, including a layer of product
• Track record of developing product managers into business-oriented general managers and product
• Direct experience carrying revenue and margin accountability for a product line, rather than
• Experience working within a founder-led organization experiencing rapid growth and evolving
