📋 Description

• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the portfolio from launch through scale. Define the growth
• Lead pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy for new and AI-enabled capabilities, including
• Partner with inbound Product Management leaders to shape portfolio direction, translating customer
• Build executive relationships across strategic SNF, payer, practitioner, and acute accounts. Lead
• Lead and grow the Outbound Product Management function, including leaders of teams. Hire, coach
• Define and track portfolio, customer engagement, and go-to-market KPIs. Lead competitive analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, including 5+
• Demonstrated ownership of go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with accountability
• Proven success building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing
• Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across Sales
• Experience leading leaders, including hiring, developing, and scaling teams through organizational
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, using qualitative and quantitative signals to set
