📋 Description

• Lead design strategy across CLEAR’s travel and CLEAR1 experiences (web, mobile, kiosks, partner
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Member Care to
• Spearhead enrollment, verification, authentication, subscription, account management, and
• Use research, field insights, experimentation, and data to reduce friction and improve outcomes.
• Develop design systems, service blueprints, and experience standards for consistency.
• Set operating model for design reviews, prioritization, and cross-functional ways of working.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading product and/or industrial design organizations.
• Proven ability to link design strategy to measurable business outcomes (conversion, retention
• Successful track record designing complex consumer and enterprise experiences in fast-paced
• Experience building experiences across physical and digital ecosystems (kiosks, mobile, web, tools
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills with cross-functional influence.
