📋 Description

• Develop and lead a high-performing PM team with coaching and growth
• Define vision/strategy for core data capabilities (ingest, transform, storage, modeling)
• Own the product roadmap for data infrastructure powering process mining, analytics, and AI/ML
• Partner with engineering, data science, and architecture to deliver scalable data services
• Ensure data core capabilities meet reliability, compliance, and performance for global enterprises
• Align product, engineering, and GTM on data platform priorities and release timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, streaming data, ETL/ELT
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms at SaaS/cloud-native company
• Track record recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing PM teams
• Translate complex data concepts into clear product strategy and customer value
• Cross-functional experience with engineering, design, data science, and sales across time zones
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management
