📋 Description

• Lead annual, quarterly, and ongoing Product portfolio planning processes across Product and
• Facilitate cross-functional planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and prioritization activities
• Establish and evolve governance frameworks that promote transparency, accountability, alignment
• Monitor portfolio performance and execution health, identifying opportunities to improve planning
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Product Operations processes
• Establish planning cadences, portfolio reviews, operating forums, and governance mechanisms that

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related
• MBA or other advanced degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, PMO
• Demonstrated experience leading planning, governance, portfolio management, and operational
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across Product, Engineering
• Strong analytical, strategic, and operational leadership skills, including experience leveraging
