VP Programmatic

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the web programmatic engineering domain, including architecture, technical
• Lead the technical strategy across client-side auction and rendering, server-side auction and
• Make cross-stack architectural decisions across header bidding, Prebid Server, OpenRTB gateways
• Own the unified technical roadmap for the programmatic domain, translating strategic priorities
• Drive performance and scalability across the bid path, with responsibility for latency
• Evaluate and optimize the placement of dynamic floors, traffic-shaping mechanisms, clearing-price

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience with significant senior technical leadership
• Expertise with Prebid on client and server side (live auction traces and auction configuration
• Strong knowledge of OpenRTB 2.6 and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
• Experience with Google Ad Agent Manager in header-bidding, line items, price granularity, and Open
• Understanding of modern sell-side topics: client-side vs. server-side trade-offs, TCF/GPP
• Knowledge of publisher-side performance and Core Web Vitals (INP, LCP, CLS) with deferred auction
