• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, high-performing Americas Solutions Engineering team across
• Define the regional SE strategy, resource allocation model, and operational rhythms to support
• Foster an inclusive, continuous-learning culture that prioritizes technical excellence
• Serve as a co-pilot to Americas Sales leadership, aligning technical strategy directly with revenue
• Elevate the quality and speed of technical sales processes including discovery, architectural
• Establish repeatable technical sales plays for AI governance, IAM, fraud prevention, and digital

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading and scaling technical sales or solutions engineering teams in complex
• Deep knowledge in cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud Architecture, or API
• Demonstrated track record in partnering with Sales leadership to drive revenue and increase deal
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business narratives for C-suite
• Commitment to building diverse teams and supporting equitable career development.
• Prior experience in SaaS platform sales across IAM, CIAM, or governance domains.
