🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant sales experience with at least 6+ years of senior leadership experience
• A strong track record of new logo acquisition: you've built a pipeline and closed new business as a
• Deep demand side expertise with a strong understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem
• Mid-market sales experience, with a record of growing new business in that segment
• Experience leading and transforming an AI-first sales team: identified where AI tools could take
• Hands-on leadership: you coach deals, join key pitches and get into the details
