📋 Description

• Lead cross‑department engagements for multi‑category collections
• Serve as client advisor and internal lead from engagement to sale
• Oversee proposals, sale schedules, consignments for high‑value collections
• Coordinate with specialists, legal, shipping, marketing and more
• Maintain deadlines and client communications through post‑sale
• Build strong relationships with advisors and high‑profile clients

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years art world/auction experience
• Valuation system and Excel experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and client service
• Detail oriented, discreet, resourceful and multi‑task capable
• Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environment
