🎯 Requirements

• Background in investment banking, FP&A or venture capital
• Experience leading a team
• Experience presenting to boards, investors or lenders
• Working understanding of marketplace dynamics (two-sided liquidity, take rates, usage-based
• Comfortable with Snowflake, modern BI tools, and AI tooling
• Calm under pressure, low ego, transparent
