Vulnerability Team Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 4 vulnerability management professionals.
• Conduct regular weekly check-ins with team members to discuss workload, development, client
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to help the team navigate complex vulnerability management
• Manage administrative responsibilities including timesheet review and approvals.
• Help prioritize workloads and ensure the team is operating efficiently across multiple client
• Serve as an escalation point for both technical and client-facing challenges.
