Warehouse and Logistics Manager - North America

📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across locations in North America, including receiving
• Own inventory accuracy and asset tracking for all infrastructure hardware, compute, MEP, spares
• Plan and execute domestic freight and coordinate international shipments, selecting carriers
• Manage third-party logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders, including onboarding
• Coordinate closely with data center operations, hardware engineering, procurement, and security
• Operate reverse logistics for returns, RMAs, and end-of-life equipment, including secure handling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations for physical goods, including receiving
• Hands-on experience with a warehouse management or inventory management system, and comfort working
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers or carriers, including negotiating service
• Working knowledge of domestic freight (LTL, FTL, and parcel)
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements for shipping and storing IT or electronic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
