Warehouse Area Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day shift operations across inbound receiving/stow or outbound pick/pack/ship, ensuring
• Identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and implement Lean/continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor, and build a culture of accountability among shift leads and fulfillment associates.
• Partner with supply chain planning and freight carriers to balance labor forecasting against
• Serve as the direct operational point of contact for external marketplace partners and carrier reps
• Champion a zero-incident culture by enforcing safety protocols, auditing standard operating

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of direct supervisory experience managing hourly frontline teams, preferably in a
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
• Practical experience in process mapping, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs), and
• Demonstrated ability to deliver constructive feedback, resolve floor conflicts constructively, and
• Willingness to work non-standard shifts, including peak-season surges, alternating weekends, or
