Warehouse Associate, Receiving

📋 Description

• Receives and processes all incoming products into the warehouse using PC based software.
• Compares identifying information, quality checks and measures items of incoming shipments to verify
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds
• Reorders damaged or misshipped vendor materials after quality check.
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert for inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Manager and participates in Daily Cycle Counting process and quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Associates Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in distribution or warehouse role in construction/home renovation industry
• Experience in supporting supply chain demands
• Ability to calculate invoice and shipping totals
• Ability to accurately count inventory
