Warehouse Coordinator, R&D

📋 Description

• Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures
• Orders materials and tracks orders through fulfillment
• Tracks inventory usage and replenishes as needed
• Physically receives material into the inventory management system
• Performs sampling activities for materials that need to be tested against analytical specifications
• Retains material in correct locations and keeps the warehouse in an orderly and clean manner

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required. Associates degree or equivalent breadth of experience preferred
• 3 to 5 years warehouse experience. Experience managing a clinical supplies warehouse is preferred
• 4 to 6 years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Understanding of the investigational material supply chain and worldwide regulatory and quality
• Strong interpersonal and team work competencies
• Ability to multi-task and reprioritize the workload per changing project demands
