📋 Description

• Lead and manage the recruitment process for warehouse personnel
• Maintain effective communication with the Warehouse Manager to address operational issues promptly
• Participate in annual supervisory training to enhance leadership skills
• Strategically allocate work tasks to ensure efficient shipping schedules
• Oversee team operations to ensure proper placement and handling of food and goods
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, some college with equivalent work experience, 2 year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience
• Must have and maintain forklift certification
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date
