Warehouse Supervisor

📋 Description

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in all aspects of warehouse operations
• Supervise day-to-day operations including pick, sort, pack, receive, stock
• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor team members
• Plan work schedules, assign duties, and maintain staffing levels
• Monitor team member performance and enforce accountability
• Conduct performance reviews and support onboarding/training

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills
