Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual)

📋 Description

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet operational demands
• Coordinate dock scheduling and material movement throughout the facility
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to 6S standards
• Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly and monthly cycle counts along with physical inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
