Warehouse Team Lead

📋 Description

• Obtain certifications and operate all Warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Lead one-on-one floor training for all new department hires, cross-training employees and
• Utilize all available technology to create, assign, and complete tasks while also looking for
• Print, train, and verify application of accurate product tags, carton labels, and shipping labels
• Prioritize and assign tasks according to team goals as detailed by management
• Communicate progress, updates, and issues with management and other members of assigned team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred
• Forklift certification required upon hire
• Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RF devices preferred
