📋 Description

• Design and deliver discretionary, advisory, or pooled investment propositions across multiple asset
• Lead strategic transformation projects, from new product launches to operational model redesign.
• Partner with clients to enhance efficiency, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to practice development through mentoring, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in discretionary and/or advisory Wealth or Asset Management within a
• In-depth understanding of client and product lifecycles — from onboarding and regulated advice to
• Strong knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and operational frameworks.
• Proven ability to challenge existing approaches and explore new technologies to transform
• A collaborative mindset and passion for driving positive change and measurable results.
