• Partner with engineers, brand designers, marketers, and writers to shape ideas, make thoughtful
• Evolve and apply our web design system, creating reusable patterns that support both consistency
• Stay involved through implementation and design QA, paying close attention to accessibility

• Have a track record of shipping high-quality websites or web products, with a portfolio that
• Bring a strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction, and care about the details
• Think in systems and can turn complex content and information hierarchies into clear, intuitive
• Can move confidently from early concepts and prototypes to detailed designs, and partner closely
• Work well across disciplines, communicate your reasoning clearly, and balance user needs with brand
• Are comfortable with ambiguity, seek feedback, and take ownership of moving work forward.
