📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned webinars, editorial-led sessions, and online
• Identify and engage high-quality speakers, scientists, and industry experts while developing
• Research scientific literature and emerging developments to ensure event topics reflect current
• Coordinate all stages of event production, including client communication, speaker coordination
• Operate webinar and event-production platforms such as BigMarker and other relevant software
• Create promotional and event-related copy to support marketing campaigns and drive audience

🎯 Requirements

• Previous professional experience in event production, webinar production, project coordination, or
• Experience working in client-facing environments with responsibility for project coordination
• Strong interest in science and science communication, with an ability to understand and communicate
• Familiarity with the science, life sciences, pharmaceutical, analytical chemistry, or related
• Marketing or promotional experience is desirable, particularly experience creating content to
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally
