📋 Description

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Wellhub's website experience, driving its evolution
• Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end: define experimentation strategy, size and prioritize
• Own website performance measurement and automated reporting (traffic, MQLs, sign-ups, conversions)
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape the website experience for product
• Lead the website design and UX function, including the Mantra design system and the end-to-end
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale agentic AI and AI orchestration tools for the website — defining

🎯 Requirements

• A seasoned digital/website leader with 8+ years of experience, including proven ownership of a
• Deep expertise across web tech stacks — analytics platforms, headless CMS, and web design systems —
• Concrete, hands-on experience applying AI/agentic technology to marketing or web workflows (agent
• A clear, defensible point of view on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk in B2B contexts
• Experience leading design and/or research functions, or credibly managing senior design ICs and
• Strong cross-functional leader thriving in matrixed, fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
