📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the website experience, driving its evolution toward an
• Own conversion rate optimization end-to-end by defining experimentation strategies, prioritizing
• Own website performance measurement and automated reporting across traffic, MQLs, sign-ups
• Analyze visitor behavior using data synthesis, heat mapping, and analytics platforms such as
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape website experiences supporting product
• Lead the website design and UX function, including the Mantra design system and the end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• Bring proven experience as a senior digital or website leader with direct ownership of website
• Demonstrate deep expertise across web technology stacks, including analytics platforms, headless
• Have hands-on experience applying AI or agentic technologies to marketing or web workflows
• Possess a clear and defensible perspective on where agentic AI creates leverage versus risk in B2B
• Demonstrate experience leading design and/or research functions or managing senior design
• Have experience treating design systems as shared infrastructure rather than simply component
