Website Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, use a consultative approach in creating high quality, professional, hospitality
• Manage the website onboarding projects and service delivery timelines of multiple accounts
• Manage all records and upkeep all task management systems related to websites service delivery
• Directly work with and effectively communicate with our different customer profiles through video
• Assist with website service scoping or questions from potential customers
• Investigate on website errors or support, research, and suggest on website service improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Website Design and Development experience preferred
• 1+ HTML and CSS experience preferred
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva preferred
• Experience with (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal or Duda preferred
• Fluent English
• Background in customer service or professional services onboarding
