Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Dartmouth area
Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition
Manage acute/post-acute care needs (CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy)
Triage and independently handle urgent clinical situations at home
Medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
Wound assessment, care, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

Current MA nursing license in good standing
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in past 2 years
Home Health Visiting Nurse experience preferred
