🎯 Requirements

AZ Physical Therapist license.
Minimum 1 year of PT experience.
Graduation from an APTA/CAAHEA-accredited program.
Ability to work independently and manage time.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving skills.
Proficient with EMR and tablet-based documentation.
