Weekend Physical Therapist, (PT) - Senior Living

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostics: mobility, strength, endurance, balance.
• Implement wound care and dressings per evidence-based guidelines.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with therapies.
• Collaborate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan.
• Must be available 2 weekends per month.

🎯 Requirements

• A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA- or CAAHEA-accredited program (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
