📋 Description

• Provide home health RN visits to adult and senior patients.
• Weekend, per diem, part-time, or full-time schedule.
• Las Vegas valley clients served in home settings.
• Use head-to-toe assessments to identify subtle changes.
• Medicare Home Health with OASIS Start of Care documentation required.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Nevada nursing license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Experience with Medicare Home Health and OASIS Start of Care.
• Ability to triage and manage urgent clinical situations at home.
• Strong point-of-care documentation and safety monitoring.
