Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and proper follow-up.
• Use a touch pad tablet to document observations and interventions.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid EMR skills.
