Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits to clients in Cumberland, Harnett, and Hoke counties
• Administer medications and wound care as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Document observations and interventions in EMR; follow doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments; case management and coordination with team

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Prior home health experience preferred
• Graduate of accredited nursing program; EMR experience
• Travel to cases as needed; strong interpersonal skills
