Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Home visits to Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties.
• Administer meds, wound care, and treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly.
• Document doctors' orders and follow up as needed.
• Perform client assessments and coordinate case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) exp.
• Home health care experience preferred, not required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills; EMR experience preferred.
