Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plan per patient needs.
• Conduct home visits in Scotland, Moore, Richmond, Robeson counties.
• Administer meds, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and follow up; perform client assessments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• A current NC RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).
• Ability to work independently and manage time; strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Must be available Saturday/Sunday.
