Weekend Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Performs home health visits for adult and geriatric clients
• Works per diem in Mecklenburg and Union counties
• Provides care per designated plan and documents accordingly
• Travels to cases in assigned geographic territory
• Uses state-of-the-art touchpad tablet for documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Current North Carolina RN license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and EMR/computer skills
