Collaborate with design, manufacturing, materials, and quality to optimize fusion welding.
Partner with manufacturing to support welding ops and troubleshoot issues.
Lead welding for stage hardware including transfer tubes and grid fins.
Ensure process quality control and documentation; drive corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
3+ years welding experience (GTAW, GMAW, OTW, laser) and standards
3+ years in a high-paced production manufacturing environment
AWS and ASME welding standards familiarity
Strong curiosity and bias for action with hands-on ownership
