• Design, implement, and optimize custom employee communication strategies that accelerate platform
• Analyze HR wellness priorities across diverse client segments to build scalable, high-impact
• Partner with global and regional marketing, product, and design teams to translate corporate needs
• Plan, write, and execute localized B2B2C wellbeing campaigns tailored for the French market
• Write, review, and adapt high-converting French supporting copy and campaign materials for
• Brief and manage external design agencies and creative vendors to produce campaign assets ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Engagement, B2B2C Marketing, Event Management, Copywriting, or
• Native-level fluency in Dutch
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Confident public speaker comfortable hosting webinars, leading workshops, and presenting to HR
• Familiarity with AI tools to scale copy production and streamline campaign workflows
• Strong project management skills with a strategic and hands-on approach
