Be a self-motivated system administrator to provide enterprise desktop support for the Army in a
Build and configure Windows-based systems in support of highly visible mission areas
Proactively and efficiently administer desktops using enterprise toolsets such as MCM, VMware
Effectively troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ensure desktop configuration compliance with DoD and Army regulations
Document technical troubleshooting efforts

🎯 Requirements

Must have Security+ CE certification prior to hire
Must acquire Microsoft desktop certification, MD-102 (or higher), AZ-900 (or higher), or CompTIA
HS + 2 years of experience in technical field, AA/AS, or BA/BS, to include up to one year of
Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 administration
Experience with physical and virtual (VMware) desktops
Experience with zero client environment
