🎯 Requirements

2+ years of high-volume women’s retail leadership with multi-unit management.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams.
Strong business acumen with experience analyzing sales, KPIs, labor, and ops results.
Excellent communication and leadership with ability to influence across levels.
Identify opportunities, create action plans, and drive meaningful results.
Experience with recruiting, talent development, and building strong teams.
