Women’s Center & Economic Mobility Manager

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day Women’s Center programs, services, activities, workshops, cohorts, events.
• Develop and implement programming for participant engagement and economic mobility.
• Ensure trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based services.
• Coordinate services across basic needs, case management, workforce dev, wellness, and education.
• Monitor participation, feedback, and outcomes; drive improvements.
• Support program planning and coordination with the director.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public admin, nonprofit mgmt, or related field
• 3–5 years in human services, workforce development, or related fields.
• Experience managing programs serving women/economic insecurity, housing instability, or similar.
• Strong planning, facilitation, organizational, and project-management skills.
• Direct participant service experience and ability to supervise teams.
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strengths-based mindset.
