Workday Absence Analyst

📋 Description

• Configure, design, enhance, and support Workday HCM applications and business processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from HR and other functional stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and scalable Workday solutions.
• Support Workday Absence and Time Tracking processes, configurations, and related enhancements.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate
• Manage multiple projects, enhancements, support activities, and competing priorities effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM in configuration, solutioning, implementation, or support
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills across business processes, data, technology, and system configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with technical and business stakeholders.
