Workday Developer - People Tech

📋 Description

• Lead Workday module configuration (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, HCM)
• Architect Workday business processes, calculated fields, and security roles
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new Workday features with each release; drive optimization
• Develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and integrity across Workday and connected systems
• Support audit readiness through reporting and controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Tech, or related field (or equivalent)
• 5-7 years of hands-on Workday analyst/configuration experience
• Advanced Workday security, business processes, reporting, and calculated fields
• Ability to independently solve complex issues with judgment
• Workday certifications (Payroll, Absence, HCM, Time Tracking, Reporting)
• Experience in an Agile environment with mentoring junior teammates
