Workday Director - EMEA Professional Services Leader

📋 Description

• Lead the EMEA Workday Professional Services business, owning financial performance including
• Partner with Sales and alliance teams to drive pipeline development, support strategic
• Oversee successful delivery of Workday implementations, optimization projects, and managed
• Monitor key performance indicators including project health, delivery timelines, profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, acting as executive
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional leadership team, attract and retain consulting

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in consulting or professional services leadership, including 5
• Deep knowledge of Workday implementation projects and post-production services, with understanding
• Proven success managing regional business performance and achieving revenue, margin, utilization
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation programs, establish delivery governance
• Extensive experience building relationships with senior-level customers, managing complex
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams across EMEA, develop effective management
