• 12+ years in consulting/professional services, 5+ managing regional delivery orgs
• Deep Workday implementation and post-production services expertise
• Track record managing revenue, margin, utilization, and backlog targets
• Led large transformation programs with strong delivery governance
• Executive stakeholder management and complex escalation handling
• Comfortable traveling up to 40% across EMEA
