Workday Integration & Analytics Engineer - Paris (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• Own the data and integration layer for HR in Workday.
• Design, build and maintain integrations across HR systems (ADP, Ashby, Sana) and future platforms.
• Architect integrations: APIs, middleware, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Boomi.
• Own a Workday module scope with configuration and unit testing.
• Build and maintain Workday analytics: reports, dashboards, KPIs.
• Collaborate with the Data team; mentor on integration best practices; explore AI automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Workday experience with reporting and at least one integration project.
• Integration architecture: Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, APIs, or middleware.
• Experience with HR data flows and payroll integrations (ADP, Deel).
• Strong data modeling and governance mindset in HR data.
• Exposure to AI tooling in HR (Workday AI Agents, DUST, MCP).
• Functional expertise in at least one Workday module: Compensation/Advanced Compensation, or Absence & Time Tracking.
