Workday Integrations Architect

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end integration pipeline — from design and configuration to deployment and
• Ensure data integrity across all inbound and outbound integrations by building rigorous mapping
• Govern the integration lifecycle — managing code migrations, production hyper care, and Workday
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, advising HR, IT, and business
• Extend Workday's capabilities through Extend applications, calculated fields, and business process
• Maintain key external platform connections — including Greenhouse, HireVue, and others — keeping

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Workday integration expertise: 8 years of general Workday Experience and 4+ years of hands-on
• Workday platform fluency: Understanding of the Workday data model and business processes across
• Technical depth: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, XSD, and SQL, and comfortable debugging
• Global mindset: Experience working in global environments and ability to navigate multi-region
• Builder mentality: Not just maintain systems but make them smarter. Experience with Workday Extend
