Workday Senior Certified HCM Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements; translate to configurations.
• Support data conversions and integrate with third-party systems.
• Conduct demos, workshops, and knowledge transfer for user adoption.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Monitor progress with project managers; manage risks and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus another Workday cert.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration/implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; prior consulting experience.
• Experience deploying Workday or similar platforms (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate Software).
• Strong PM, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills; HR process knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to ~25% based on project needs.
